Refund & Exchange Policy
All items sold on our website are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at billionaireminds.orders@gmail.com↗, and provide clear photos of the issue along with your order number. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or design due to a production error, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

Change of mind after purchase

Normal variations in color, fabric, or print placement

Orders damaged due to improper use or washing
Minor variations between production batches may occur due to fabric, dye, and manufacturing processes. This is standard in apparel production.
Returns
In rare cases where a return is approved, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs may apply.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the case.
