All items are produced and/or printed specifically for each customer. For this reason, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at billionairemindsexclusive@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Please note that returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted for defective items.
Size changes, color changes, or preference-based reasons are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
