2. Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery generally takes 2–5 business days after production.

  • Priority or express shipping may be available depending on the product and fulfillment location.

2.2 International Shipping

  • International orders usually arrive within 5–15 business days after production.

  • Delivery times can vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Some products may offer multiple shipping options depending on the fulfillment facility.


4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.


6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your package has not arrived within 20 days after shipment, please contact us for assistance.


8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).
    We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue promptly.


9. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All items are printed and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

Please note that returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items.
Size and color changes are not eligible for return or exchange.
